Campaigns

A campaign targets a Data Specification and bids on Data Instances conforming to the shape of the data specified. A Campaign targets Data Instances by configuring a query on the properties available on the Data Specification; when a Data Instance matches the query specified, the Campaign partakes in an auction to try to win the Data Instance. A Campaign can specify what action to take when winning or losing an auction.
