Accounts

An account manages a set of campaigns within BidZenith, and transacts on campaigns. An account has a unique name within an organization, and holds a balance in a specific currency

Creates a new Organization Account. The name of the Account must be unique within the Organization.

Gets an Organization Account.

Updates an Account within an Organization. All properties of the Account are updated.
