Enter data via our API, ideal for designing your own forms or integrating your existing backend system. All data is validated against your Data Specification and passes through our spam detection system.

Forms

We'll automatically create a form that can be used to capture data that conforms to a Data Specification. Effortlessly embed forms into your existing website using one line of code. We support both iFrame and JavaScript versions and support every major browser.

Editor

Customize your form using our intuitive drag-and-drop editor, perhaps including additional text or images to assist the end-user. Create as many form designs as you wish, perhaps one optimized for mobile, a vertical space, or a full screen window.

Targeted questioning

Shorter forms lead to better completion rates. Forms can be configured to only ask questions where data buyers are interested in the answer.

For example:

  • Bid A is $1 for a Data Instance that contains: Name, E-mail, Date of Birth, Bad Credit History
  • Bid B is $2 for a Data Instance that contains: Name and E-mail

In this simple scenario the user will be prompted for "Name" and "E-mail" only, since this results in fewer questions to the end-user and still satisfies Bid B. In more complex scenarios we determine the best set of questions to ask, based on the number of bids, their values and individual bid histories.

Completion Metrics

Measure how users are interacting with your forms.

We track and provide analytics for:

  • Field completion time
  • Field revisits and edits
  • Overall form completion time
  • Partial completions
  • Abandonment rate

Improve form completions by learning which questions your audience are struggling with or reluctant to answer.

Split test experiments

Run split test experiments to measure the effectiveness of different form designs. Use completion metrics to inform design decisions.

Automatically schedule experiments to select the most effective design after a set period of time or number of completions.

Spam Detection

High quality data is paramount. We use analysis techniques to detect invalid data, similar to the way e-mail spam filters work.

  • We verify AU phone numbers are valid using industry specifications.
  • We verify that post codes are valid and exist.
  • Inbound data that does not pass the spam filter is flagged as spam. It is possible to flag/unflag data as spam to help improve the detection engine.
